1. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and bit down gently, if the mouthpiece presses on the back of your mouth, it is necessary to trim the  back of the mouth piece. to trim, use scissor and cut carefully along the 1st guide marking. start trimming from the back and of the mouthpiece. place the mouthpiece in your mouth again and check to see if it is now comfortable if it confines to press on the back of your mouth repeat the trimming process unit the mouthpiece fits your teeth. gums and mouth comfortable.

2. For single mouth piece. prepare a pot with hot boiled water and also another pot with enough cold water to completely submerge the mouthpiece. put the mouthpiece in hot boiled water and to submerge the mouthpiece into the boiled water use metal tables spoon. be sure that immediately after 12-Seconds you use the metal spoon to quickly remove from the boiled water and immediate place it into the cold water for only two seconds (Note: The Mouthpiece will distorted if left in bulling water in excess of twelve seconds).

3. Shake off excess water and immediately in mouthpiece into your mouth. s

4. Mold the mouthpiece in the mouth around upper teeth by gently betting down on the mouthpiece sucks on the mouthpiece to mold it to the front of your teeth by pressing lips with fingers. be sure not to bike through the mouth piece mold the mouthpiece with your tongue by biting down gently but firmly at least one minute.

5. For double mouthpiece do the same molding process and do not remove the Red Plug while molding process to insure proper fit and gums by gently being down on the mouth piece suck on the mouthpiece to mold it to the front of teeth. be sure not to bite through the mouth piece. Mold the mouthpiece with your tongue by biting down gently but firmly at least one minute.

6. Remove the mouth piece and cool it in could water for approximately one minute.

7. Check the fit of the mouthpiece. if the fit is not comfortable. repeat the fitting process beginning with step 2.

8. If the mouthpiece fits comfortable. the remove and discard the red plug note: The red plug must be removed when using the mouthpiece.

9. After using the mouthpiece. it should be finished in cold water or a mouth wash and stored in a plastic container.
